Office Hours; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-F. Texas State Forests are Game Sanctuaries with no firearms or hunting permitted.
1,722-acre forest managed by the Texas Forest Service: Historic Fire Tower, Oldest Slash Pine Stand and Trout Creek.
Recreation: Hiking, Birds, Butterflies, Wildflowers, Wildlife, Horseback Riding, Restroom and Picnic Facilities
